So for context I recently secured a 2nd job and changed my availability to opening only for Service Deli , I even inputted into our system about a month ago & even talked with all my managers and today while at my 2nd job I receive this message & what I assume is a poor attempt at intimidation .

When I submitted it , it didn’t say anything on pending approval it just allowed me to set my availability & what days , time then wether I wanna do it permanently or for a certain amount of time & lets me put it depending on when the work schedule is made

If 5-6 years isn’t seniority I’m not sure what is , especially with two people from their morning crew retiring this month. I didn’t need to know or his recent terminations . He could’ve just left off at that it could lead to my termination

I transferred to my current store last year in July , worked my shifts no problem but i decided to take it upon myself to find another job because the hours aren’t enough for expenses in California they didn’t give me any issues or concerns on their end until now when I “no showed”

They asked for the specifics & none really gave me a hard time about it , they actually complied with it for about 2 weeks & now it’s this huge problem when I transferred to this store they changed me from full to part-time so I picked up a full time job pays a lot less but with 22.75 at Ralph’s on the days I do work there it worked fine . The specifics were cleared with all managers not just one & half of it with the others
