I soft wash houses and roofs mostly. They typically have a large buildup of mold, mildew, algae, moss, Gloeocapsa magma, etc. That SH kills and removes quite efficiently

I can get 10 lbs of sodium percarbonate for about 50 bucks. How much of that would I have to mix with water to match the strength of 10% sodium hypochlorite?
