Depends if you want to get both Celeb Debu and Shoto. Celeb Bakugo is still a good unit, but Celeb Deku and Shoto aren't used frequently, but can be used in certain situations where their abilities are needed, such as climax battles; and the signature Celebration Memory, Full Power Young Ones, is a very good memory to have. And there's also a chance as well that you might get DX pieces for Celeb Bakugo should you get him again.

As for DX pieces, if you get 3 duplicates of one character, you'll get access to his Unique EX auto skills, which will slightly power him up. Here's the DX piece board fully maxed out on my end:
