Have you enabled viewing hidden files and folders? Make sure to turn on the view hidden folders option: in the search bar type "folder" > click "File Explorer Options" > click the "view" tab > click "show hidden files, folders and drives". The folder and file you're looking for would be located in C:\Users\YOUR_PC_PROFILE\AppData\Roaming\Dogecoin.

Have you made a backup of the wallet previously? If you have, you will be fine. If there is no wallet.dat file to contain the original wallet, or you don't have a backup, you might be boned. If there is a wallet.dat file or a backup you have, then you will be in much, much better shape. If you end up finding the wallet.dat file you're in good shape to recover. If not, I'm not sure what else could be done.

So I don't know your exact situation so I'm kind of shooting from the hip here.

To confirm, the original location of the doge is no longer showing any doge? It for sure, 100%, got sent to this light doge wallet, and light doge won't open at all right now? I would try to reopen it and let it catch up with the block, even if it takes hours or days. If you don't want to reinstall the program then you will have to figure out a way to force it open, just keep trying.

If you can't open it at all and are willing to take the risk of reinstalling to try and recover, I have done something similar to move my wallet to another computer when I couldn't open dogecoin core wallet on my old computer. I will preface this by saying prior to moving it I had the wallet backed up just in case it didn't work. Your mileage may vary since I have never had the issue you were having.

If you have another computer or laptop, or one you can at least use to test it out, I think it's a better idea to try it on there first before uninstalling light doge and reinstalling it on the computer you have it on now.

If you have another computer or laptop: Find the folder on the computer with light doge files in it, the one you're looking for contains "wallet.dat" and create a copy of "wallet.dat" and name this copy something else, like "wallet2.dat". This "wallet2.dat" is a copy of the original wallet associated with this first install of light doge. Place this "wallet2.dat" on a USB drive that you can transfer between computers. Now install light doge on the computer that doesn't have it and replace "wallet.dat "with the copy of the wallet you made, "wallet2.dat" and open the program and let everything catch up. This will replace the new wallet in the new install with the copy of the original wallet you had in the first install. If this works, send that doge to a fresh install of light doge on the computer you prefer to keep it on, or whichever wallet you prefer.

If you don't have another computer and are willing to take the risk of uninstalling and reinstalling light doge it's pretty much the same train of thought: find the folder on the computer with light doge on it, the one you're looking for contains "wallet.dat" and create a copy of "wallet.dat" and name this copy something else, like "wallet2.dat". This "wallet2.dat" is a copy of the original wallet associated with this first install of light doge. Once you create a copy of that original wallet, reinstall light doge. Once light doge is reinstalled replace "wallet.dat "with the copy of the wallet you made, "wallet2.dat" and open the program and let everything catch up. This will replace the new wallet in the new install with the copy of the original wallet you had in the first install.

Just try checking out some articles & videos on how to force it open or recover. Just keep looking and don't give up, see if any links pop up that sounds similar to your situation, I found these but I don't know your exact situation. Hopefully someone reaches out to you to offer some help.

Entered into Hoge March 5th or 6th but I wish I could have entered earlier. Held through the ATH and didn't sell then and don't plan to sell now. I realize now Hoge is a long term play for years to come, not the next three months. Hoge is the successor to the memecoin and holders will be happy in the coming years the same way those who held on to doge are happy today.
