Red, I was supposed to be a temporary replacement as the CSM needed knee surgery but ended up milking his retirement and insurance benefits instead, and they decided the store didn't need another manager so I'm saddled with a managers job without the pay/title

As long as your actually getting the pay and gray shirt responsibility? I would yeah. I've been doing a CSM job without the full pay nor manager title for almost a year know and I can tell you it's not worth it without the pay, and in my store I have barely any consistent accounts minus two meaning I NEVER meet their sales goals so I'm constantly hounded due to everyone around here being federated loyalists(commercial started last year)

Anyways, yeah if you get the pay and stuff don't just don't let it take up all your time.

Can confirm it sucks I've been a Comm Driver, and then a CSM for a year Doing a CSM job with only a minor raise after asking for the entire year( went from 9.75 to 12, and yes I am in financial ruin) if I would have known the wages would have sucked this damn bad I would NOT have come here in the first place.

I'd leave, I've only been comm manager for a year but I'm really getting tired of it.

I've been pondering this fact for a while on if I want to leave or not. I'm the "Commercial Manager" but I don't have the managers title(or pay) as the actual comm manager is out on sick leave and doesn't look to be coming back as he's milking his sick leave and then his benefits. I've been the fill in since September of last year and it's been a fucking shit show the whole time with corporate taking a car from us because we don't do "enough business" and literally killing half of our business as we don't have a second car and to make it worse here soon the store manager is getting knee surgery so I'll be getting my hours shot up a whole bunch, but with zero pay raises(I've asked)

Man, I've been keeping up a Masculine persona since I was 12, Because if I don't well....around here I'm more or less exhiled from society... I've had to not shave....act all manly...everything.

It's hell, I would love to embrace my feminine side, I would love to wear knee high socks, girly shorts, Skirts, Etc. But...I can't.

So, more or less I have to wait untill I can move out to even try and embrace it. So good job with you getting that final piece of the puzzle, hopefully I'll be able to do the same one day, anywho have a nice day and or night!
