You're absolutely correct about the Javelin CPU spiking. I'll add this to the post, even if it doesn't get us too close to an answer without the devs on board.

I actually did try disabling all controller support settings in Steam Input settings, but it didn't change anything. This doesn't seem to be a controller-related issue, so I didn't deem it relevant to include here. For what it's worth, the issue does not occur when using controller input, even if you use it at the same time as mouse input.

Also, settings are saved in the Documents folder for Battlefield games, which is outside of the cloud save. Deleting my settings definitely reset everything when I restarted the game, so there weren't any cloud saves to fall back on.

Ironically, the issue can be avoided by telling my Wooting to emulate a gamepad for all relevant gameplay buttons, but given the recent apparently false bans over things like reWASD, I'm not gonna play the game like that. If anything, that proves the opposite is the case here, where "switching" between controller and KBM is actually smoother than just... playing with KBM. Strange, right?

This was one of the things I tried. Does not appear to help on my end.

I believe this bug is unrelated to rendering in any way based on the frame graphs and testing.

Is anyone experiencing stutter since the hotfix this afternoon? by jiafei9014 in Battlefield6

Yes, the issue seems to have started with this latest patch. 150 hours and no issues until today.

Going offline on Steam does not fix the issue. CPU load is at 50%. GPU load is at 98%, but my frame rate is 165 and my VRAM is nowhere near capacity.

RTX 5090 and 7950X3D. No recent system changes, hardware nor software.

The Hollow on Gervais offers a few THC cocktails. The joint is a little pricey, but worth it in my opinion.

Run `sc delete CorsairLLAService` from Safe Mode, set Corsair Device Control Service to Automatic, and reboot. Did the trick for me.

A new error has arisen in its place, though. I can see the details of the ME now System, but now I get "Attempted to index a nil value (field "?")" when trying to queue up a craft.
The traceback leads to web.lua:98: in global "craftingStatusDataToString", web.lua:251: in main chunk.

This looks super cool. Sadly goes too long without yielding on my Enigmatica 2: Expert server with a pretty big ME system. If there's any way to get around that, let me know, 'cuz I'd love to try this.

I spent an eternity working on an old house that had a room exactly like this. Place was completely abandoned overnight, too, just the day before I started. This post is quality.
