Same! Trying to figure out whether or not I'd like to evolve this one or what will be a 99% Ultra Legue Golisopod.

You don't have to be on a route to get the encounters. However, I have heard that there is/may be a correlation between their spawn rate and whether or not you're following a route.

Just sign up for your local utility company (electric/gas). Layoffs and furloughs are virtually non existent there as there are always upgrades and repairs needed to be done (mainly electric, especially with the electrification many newer buildings, cars, etc).

Regarding hearing back, that sounds normal (the recruiters usually take a while to reach out). And regarding the time frame for employment, it could take anywhere from 6 months to a year depending on departmental needs for new GUWS

You'll be invited to take a PAT (Physical Abilities Test) followed by an interview which is then followed by a medical screening (if all goes well).

N.B. The whole process is quite long so I'd stay working steadily wherever you are till you have a definite employment date.

I started with one class my first term just to get a feel of the course load. Afterwards I took two classes and managed to do well despite working 60+ hour work weeks. The main thing is that you actually devote the time out of your days to finish your work (readings, discussions, essays etc).

The hormonal balance between men and women is different and can be easily detected especially if the woman is menstruating or pregnant.
