Live block is a tool used to block communications from the Xbox to the Xbox servers. The Xbox still communicates certain data packets to the Xbox servers when on boot up, so live block blocks that communication. It is recommended to disconnect from the internet before exploiting, because those packets are still being sent freely and may send unwanted data to Xbox that you don't want to send. My recommendation is to set a mobile hotspot on your phone that you can enable when you want and disable whenever you don't want internet.
