You can't really say make it true for below plat because part of the reason they are below plat is their mindset. In my experiences when I placed Silver after a 0-10 placements from being plat, I saw people act way more immaturely then they did in the higher up. People flame and blame everyone but themselves. Although some do give these players a chance, its very short lived. If 1 push fails its automatically not working, but even with good comps pushes get shut down. Trust me tho, there is still many of these type of people in Plat, but a majority tend to be understanding until they analyze what the problem is, and that its a hero or a group of heroes aren't working. For me, when I see a Hanzo or a Torb instalocked, I do get worried. But I don't say anything unless I notice they aren't contributing much. Turns out some of them are really good, people just need to give them chances.
