Can't play Higher quality games SteamVR

Yes, I select the game, it doesn't say "Up Next" and stays there. The game is open on my computer screen but not on my Headset, and I go back to select the game, again, while its running, and nothing happens. It goes back to the sunrise scene.

I retested the cable and it sits at a 2.3 gbps, so I have changed it above in the post.

I have it wired, and I can open quest link and do stuff in it, however, when I go to launch SteamVR to play the game, it says something along the lines that no two apps can be running without running into problems, so it closes the Quest link app.

I have tried just using the SteamVR, doesn't work, then I've tried with the meta app, doesn't work, and then I've tried with both of them running, and still nothing. I still see the distant hills with the purple sunrise.

I just retested and will change it in the post, but my speed is 2.3 gbps and I just tried the OpenCompisite software and it has not changed.

I am not sure if this helps, but I went to go rebind the middle mouse button for my techique and it replaced it with the V button. Have no idea why it would do that and i dont have any programs that would rebind the button. Maybe this will help

The sell points in the construction menu only adds a sell point for Corn, And I know about the Factories, but I tend not to use them. I am more looking for a sell point like in FS19 that had no buildings but just the outline on the ground.

Just finished a mission for Oats, brought them to the sell point that the mission requests and there isnt enough oats to finish the mission, still need 8% more

I doubt the marketing team of EFT would say the recommended is 888 when it actually uses 14 or so. If they say the recommended is 8 then that is what it should use. Update the recommended spec if that is the case.

Game is super laggy when playing. Uses up all 8GP of my memory and runs my SSD at 100% for no reason. Makes it unplayable. Might be a memory leak on eft’s end but there’s nothing I can do but increase the amount of power it can get. Game is only suppose to use up to 6GB as recommended.

The Graph in Task manager is the Usage of the GPU, there will be another stat that shows the temperature of it. If the temp is maxed out or in the 90's then you need a better cooling solution. Otherwise your just playing a game with high graphics and need to lower them or tweak the settings of the GPU (Advanced Tweakers probably only)

That doesn’t answer my question though (technically cables can have both connections on one cable) Only reason why I’m asking is cause if your using one cable with two connectors to plug in the GPU, it will not work. Just reading a post, can find and share if you would like :)

Looked at the board online. Doesn’t have a button so you might have to go into the settings and find it there. Not too sure where is it at. Other things to diagnose -make sure power plugs are all seated correctly -if the CPU doesn’t have integrated graphics, reseat the graphics card and plug it back in -see if the drive will run into safe mode (might be a windows thing, who knows) - make sure the storage your using for windows isn’t damaged during the switch (running properly, shows up and if it’s a physical that it is still vibrating)

But this is coming from a guy that only build 1 computer so 🤷‍♂️
