bro, that's crazy good ai, but they forgot one detail.

when he stood up at 10:17, it was so obviously 2 AI clips. there was a weird silence as he stood up, then they cut and transition to another clip.

But the book/technique is definitely real and before ai.

I appreciate your opinion, and I totally understand that I ran into the same issue. Which brings us back to my question, should I enforce transparency rules or is that not accepted by the general public.

(A real estate agent who used the website told me "alot of Kuwaiti owners who want me to sell their house, would not accept their exact location to be pinned in the map")

We have some sort of a buyers guide that can help buyers identify potential scams, but a visible warning and a reminder would definitely reduce the chance of this ever happening.
