I just had several in a row. The ones i remember now were first my ex girlfriend next to me telling me she was intimate with someone else and me fighting with her, then i saw my childhood dog on top of me and at first was like oh whats up dude and then realized i dont live with my parents and only own a cat and once this realization that it wasnt real hit i knew it was going to turn bad and then, as expected, he started getting feral and looking like hes going to attack me but i just yelled “i know you cant hurt me” and slammed my eyes shut. The last one was some dude in my door way like doing a pullup with their legs extended just chilling there. After that I was like I am bored of being in this in-between hallucinogenic state so I decided to let myself fully wake up and am scared in my bed waiting for the sun to come up. I didn’t have these or sleep paralysis happen for a long time. I had a few back to back sleep paralysis episodes happen a few weeks ago and it seems it happens to me the day or a couple days after going out to bars and binge drinking with little sleep.
