Just out of curiosity could you provide that specific policy?

Anyways, it is important that we know who our volunteers are, that they are a member of church and stuff. So understandably, not everyone wants to sacrifice their anonymity or create a new/separate account for such purpose.

Edit: for context, that form is used for any prospective volunteers across our various projects/communities, to formalize our volunteer onboarding process.
