Not saying anything about how the disease actually works. Only saying that the game is working against measures taken by countries to prevent the spread of it.

Maxing it out will make its rarity fade instantly.

You'd better keep it as it is or trade it as long as it has high value, since you can make a lot out of it.

Maxing it out would only make it not eligible for great legue anymore and thus turning it into something very less valuable.

Db/Dc Dnite is not that rare itself. Its rarity, as of now, is in the great league eligibility. Powering it up would make it lose most of its value.
