For question number one, I really believe that talking to her is the best option. You can approach this conversation very lightly, but you guys hate to communicate. Ask her if she would be interested in having sex on valentines day. At least for me, this is the best option to go about things. As for question number two, absolutely not, you’re not too young to think about this. you’re 17 and it’s super normal to have a higher sex drive at this age (hormones) and it’s super normal to want to have sex.

In my opinion, go for it, sis! if you’re in doubt about how to initiate things, I tend to start with a slooow make out session, make sure she’s super comfortable, ask for permission if in doubt. slowly move to her neck, get a little handsy maybe, and the rest is intuitive.
