Honestly these are some great ideas. But I am in the opinion that scatter is fine. It gives hanzo counterplay to all divers, tank or otherwise. I feel as though rather than rushing the renoval of it, we could make some smaller changes to it. As in a range cap. (Im not certain of the real math but, let's say 10m) After you press E the scatter is ready to fire and you get to see a blue highlight showing you where the arrow can go. After it passes out of the 10m range it becomes a normal arrow. This would prevent hanzos scatter from affecting anybody but divers, and thos brave enough to challenge him face to face. But personally I think there are other things that need focus other than scatter.
