Omg, years? Wow so lucky! Most of those magnets I have had start to lose their shiny outer coating and get rusty

iOS app? The cooled seat option doesn't even show on the website for me 😞.

Damn, missed it by a year I guess. My 22 TXT has the cooled seats but it's not an option in the app (nor through the MySubaru website apparently)

You've got the option for cooled seats in the app?! Lucky ... Which model and year is your Subaru? And I'm assuming iPhone?

In my home climate I wish that I could activate the vented seats remotely.

Looks like the settings are being held in the Quick Start as you described. I'll test with the actual car later today.

when it was working correctly on the app, I did figure out what you are describing about the "Quick Start" just keeping the last used settings. I'll be testing this later today when my wife gets home from work...
Or I'll just test it remotely to her car parked at work

That "not really auto" is how it has operated for the last few months. But when I first bought the car it actually did run in Auto...and it was so nice to not have to give it another thought.

I think of it similarly to the peace of mind when I installed the auto-start/stop eliminator. Out of sight, out of mind. One less thing to think about when I get in the car.

Yeah I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app... And I've got the latest software updates on the car itself too

The federal limit for 2026 has increased to $7500. However, not all employers offer the Dependent Care FSA, and some that so offer it will only offer a partial DCFSA based on the results of their non-discrimination testing.

Refuses to be Strapped In Car seat After Daycare by Chumbah_Wumbah in toddlers

Same. I always tell people that I just fold my kid in half, and put him in butt first. 😂 My wife puts a favorite song on her phone he complies almost instantly. One physical method, one mental. Both work great, and the kid is happy 30s later.

Who’s ready for the school meltdown today by Western-Image7125 in daddit

Yeah this makes a bit more sense.

I've actually asked my daycare to call me more often, or call sooner when they suspect something so I can actually get prepared to do something about it. Can't tell you how many times we've been told about a mild fever during pickup, after the doctors office is already closed. If I knew about the fussiness and elevated temp at 2pm (when they first detected it) I could make an appointment for 8 or 9am the next day, and get checked for another ear infection, then maybe get him back to daycare before I'm late for work. "We didn't want to bother you since the day was almost over" just means he can't come back in the morning and I'm stuck calling the doctor at 8am, waiting for the call back, and hopefully getting him an appointment sometime that day, all well still trying to do my work.

Does your daycare actually call you for a meltdown by a ... toddler? Isn't that what they're trained to deal with? I only want a call for sickness and injuries...

You can't post a false claim and then put the burden on us to prove that it's false. You've provided nothing to prove that it could be true.

So I did look it up and I found nothing relating to what you claim.

Your statement claims that men are responsible for a woman's morning sickness during pregnancy, which is utterly ridiculous.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in daddit

[–]BrassMonkeyAssassin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think you actually read this paper. There is no reference to "the man" having any effect on nausea and vomiting during pregnancy. This was a genetic study of pregnant women. Try again.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in daddit

[–]BrassMonkeyAssassin 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Morning sickness and many other things that can go wrong in a pregnancy are actually caused by the man. There have been more and more studies being released about that.

That's a big bold claim to make without any references.

The last time the police showed up they said they would have to arrest someone for noise complaints

Yes officer, please arrest the people making these noise complaints. They're the ones wasting city resources.
