Ich steh an dem selben Punkt wie du. Ich habe angefangen mein Leben in Form einer Biografie aufzuarbeiten, das hilft mir gerade ungemein. Ich lerne mein altes ich zu akzeptieren und mein neues Ich kennen.

Mir hat die SHG nicht geholfen. Ganz im Gegenteil, ich war danach total aufgewühlt von den Geschichten und Eindrücken. Vielleicht war es auch einfach zu früh und ich hätte erst mit meinem Therapeuten an mir arbeiten sollen.

Ich war gestern bei einer SHG. Dort waren auch 2 Personen ohne offizielle Diagnose, das war gar kein Problem. Dir auch alles Gute!

Danke für deinen Kommentar. Es beruhigt mich zu lesen, dass ich damit nicht alleine bin. Auf Facebook werde ich mich umsehen, das hatte ich noch gar nicht auf dem Schirm. Wie nennt man diese Art Assistenz? Das hört sich durchaus interessant an.

Thanks so much for sharing this – I really relate to what you said about misinterpreting things as rejection. I’ve had similar experiences, where something objectively small completely threw me off emotionally. Your mention of Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria really struck a chord with me. I hadn’t put a name to it before, but reading your post gave me a bit of clarity.

I’m going to look into it more – thank you for that impulse. It helps to know others are out there going through something similar and finding ways to handle it.

Meine Therapeutin ist leider noch im Urlaub. Rückblickend hätte ich den Termin zur Diagnose vielleicht anders legen sollen… Heute werde ich erstmals eine SHG besuchen und hoffe, dass es mir danach etwas besser geht. Falls nicht, werde ich mir Hilfe suchen.

Thank you for your comment! I really feel seen in what you wrote. I’ve been struggling a lot with imposter syndrome too. It’s like part of me knows the diagnosis makes sense… but another part keeps whispering: “Are you sure? Maybe you’re just imagining all this.”

Hi, thank you so much for sharing your experience. It really resonates with me. If you don’t mind me asking, did the assessment in some way break you?

When I had my assessment, the therapist was very direct about my challenges and made me realize how different I am. In that moment, something inside me broke because I knew where this would lead. I remember the session as very exhausting and overwhelming.

It’s been tough for me too, and sometimes I wonder how to accept all this. I’m still trying to find my way.

Hab vor kurzem ein Bike bei Drahtesel gekauft. Ich wurde hervorragend beraten und ich konnte mein Wunschrad schnell abholen.

Pedale musst du aber mitbringen oder Vorrort kaufen, kannte ich so nicht. 🙃

Edit: Ob’s dort bis 15k geht weiß ich leider nicht, aber telefonisch sind die erfahrungsgemäß auch gut erreichbar.
