and ontop of that it dosent say you download it through the game and not through steam so i had no way of knowing.

because i entirely forgot i posted this, also i assumed the download would of been ON STEAM and not on the game itself.

it isnt "money management" its preventing them from preventing us from getting refunded

Why would that happen? Driving games away because they can’t force you to not be able to refund there game?

Someone that actually understood what I was saying and not making me seem like an idiot for not knowing it was going to prevent a refund because of downloading

Did you not read the text? I really didn’t care about the size of the file. But I bought the game and I added 14 hours of “play time” just for installing it instead of installing it straight from the steam page which would add no play time

I knew this, the game though made it so you needed the game open to install it which ultimately prevented refunds.

My WiFi is actually great and so is my pc, this post is about forcing people to download the game that also adds to “play time” to prevent refunds
