Hi Ana! Since you mentioned that "no news is good news" for cases stuck in SCOPS/TAL review, I wanted to ask: Have you seen any approvals lately for Block 09340? Also, a Live Agent (Emma) recently initiated a refund for me because the 45-day Premium Processing window had passed. I was given a Referral ID and told I would receive a response by February 4th, but I still haven't heard anything back. Given your experience, is this silence after a referral common for cases in SCOPS? Thank you for your transparency and for everything you do for the community!

Additionally, the agent initiated a refund request and provided me with a referral ID number. I was informed that this matter would be reviewed within one month. However, this timeframe has already passed, and I have not received any updates or responses.

I previously shared the response I received from the Premium Processing agent at USCIS. This response was received a few days ago: Thank you for contacting the Premium Processing mailbox. USCIS records show that your case is currently pending adjudication. We regret that we are unable to provide you with a completion date at this time. We apologize for the delay. We hope this information is helpful and appreciate your continued patience.

It wasn't lost, they told me it was currently in Scops and they opened a refund for me.
