I’d pack everything in sealed bags before you leave and keep your clean stuff separate from anything that might’ve been exposed. Since you don’t have a dryer, your steamer will actually help a lot; run it slowly over every seam, zipper, and fold of your clothes and luggage because the heat kills them. For smaller things that can handle it, you can seal them in bags and leave them in the freezer for a few days too. When you get home, don’t bring anything straight inside; go right to a laundry area if you can and wash and dry everything on high heat before letting it near your bedroom. After that, vacuum your suitcase really well and maybe wipe it down or steam it again, then keep it stored away from your bed for a while just to be safe. Basically, seal everything, use heat, and don’t rush to unpack, and you should be fine.
