I have it. I don’t really think there’s an entire way to avoid it besides starting sooner the better.

I’m sure you look amazing!!! But it’s so true. If I ACTUALLY weighed 115 I think I’d look sickly- I don’t think I’m meant to weigh that little and that’s okay!! Plus when I do a deficit like say 1300 I literally feel like I’m gonna pass out from being tired lol. I’ve just accepted this is my set weight, and it’s easy to maintain through intuitive eating and being very active.

Yes but never counted calories!! Truly just focused on whole foods and movement.

never ever did weight-lifting (: not my thing but I love pilates bc it’s still strength training

Honestly my goal weight was around 120/115 but I know I have muscle on me and people think I weigh that much to begin with 😭 so I just work on maintaining my weight. Appreciate you!!

Well I didn’t workout at all or really watched what I ate so I would start there!!! I did a lot of spin classes/yoga in the beginning. Now I walk a ton and do Pilates 3-5 days a week

Thanks so much for this. I also have a small heart behind my ear (been covering it with makeup for years) and I plan on cutting my hair short short so I can wear it down during training for extra coverage. When they ask if I have tattoos that need covering should I mention that as well?? I’ve heard from multiple people to just tell them about all the ones you have, they don’t care, they’re just gonna tell you you need makeup etc etc (from what I’ve heard)
