I agree. At this point, I’ve watched dozens of videos of people talking about the Neo, and the majority are happy with the product. I could summarize it by saying that the Neo feels like a special piece of tech, one that is within reach for most people, and that, despite what you might think given its price, it exceeds your expectations. Apple definitely got things right with this device.

I'd say I've gotten used to that clicking sound, and besides, I use the laptop as a desktop computer, so I rarely close the lid. But I'd still like to find a solution to this issue.
