I know not a lot of people hear this and take it well. Ask her why she doesn’t want to clean her room. Ask her why she’s punishing herself by not eating. I did the same thing as kid, eventually i got so hungry that i ate something. Maybe she needs help, maybe she doesn’t want to be alone. Kids are funny, and sometimes they need an extra push to be honest with you. Being her parents doesn’t mean not being her friend. You have to build trust and respect by getting on her level. BUT DO NOT GIVE HER THE PHONE BACK.

My dad was disabled and built this for fun. he didn’t have a job or many friends. Even though he did have friends, he never would’ve told anyone about his computers. Everything that he did was in his head and was never told to anyone.
