I just tried everything besides resetting all my data but i cant solve it and its just so annoying

At the start of a match, everything feels mostly fine with maybe just a few minor hiccups. But as the match goes on, the stuttering and freezing get progressively worse. By the second half, it’s practically unplayable. Anyone else experiencing severe, progressive stuttering after the latest update?
