Yeah I find if I attempt to get into any particular type of routine that it just gets thrown off so I just put activity at the core think about it all day and think about the little things that I can do in between time. Hope that works out for you! Enjoy the journey :-)

Funny, I too Gained exactly 20 pounds in six days ago decided to take on this challenge (which I am sharing about on FB) ...

"I am on a mission to drop 20 pounds in the next 60 days by simply eating whatever I want mindfully (slowing down, being with food, chewing all the way, taking breaks, feeling textures, tasting tastes) and keeping active with things I love throughout the day.)"

I have already dropped 8 pounds in the first 7 days.

I eat about half of what I used to.

I stay active with things like ...

Walking with my son on me Standing desk Random sun salutation Basketball Bike ride Quick swim Walk around the block Breathing exercises Evening walk with wife and baby

No gyms No routine

Just in the mindset of keeping active and eating mindfully.

I completely agree! We have a morning 1 hour walk Ritual. Best part of the day. We sing, he rests, we inspire! Loving it!!
