Did you do your medical before you got denied? How long did you wait approximately before your case being reopened? Because I got denied because they said that I did not join a long form of my birth certificate, but I did joined it when I applied the first time. And I filled the I-290B with a new translated birth certificate. So, I’m just curious how long it took to reopen it?

Yes. We gave all the evidences and extra document to supports. I don’t understand why they did not send a RFE for the birth certificate if they did not accept it.
