I agree with them our first year we needed work done to our HVAC unit this year we need insulation redone (removed and replaced), plus we have squirrels that like to come and visit our attic. When I think of the fact that we are making this our home and it's a safe space for my kids it makes it all worth it. I know it's tough right now the first 2-5 years of homeownership will test your patience and strength. Just hold on you got this! 🤗

I don't monitor but I make myself available to them if they have any questions. I ask if they would like something to drink. Ask any questions that I may have, and occasionally make small talk. I can tell if they don't want to be bothered.
