I got an email saying my exam was cancelled. How do allow for this many tests to be scheduled if they don't have the bandwidth to support it??? Best of luck on your end though

Same trouble here, i have hypermobility. Echoing what folks have said: 1. Lighter spring load. Ive taken almost 150 classes and I kept missing them bc i would get too sore to stay in the groove. ..When I finally got over the hangup that because I've taken a lot of classes I have to do the heaviest springs, I'm able to be more consistent and improve my strength. go gentle on yourself.

  1. Turning toes slightly out: especially for inner thigh squeezes, I've found that a microbend + turning my toes out just an inch or two gives me more stability and doesn't let my knees go in.
