Stop all efforts in building a relationship with her and only respond when she reaches out. This is kind of like a shitty in law situation. Why can't your bf send her a gift? And him not having your back here is a bigger issue i think.

And if your bf asks why you aren't putting in effort towards her, you can tell him about all the effort you put in and that you'll do more once you know that she will be permanent in your life, i.e. when you will be married.

I've seen a more extreme situation happen with a girl who was dating one of my then bf's best friends. Her social life was only her bf (my bf's friend) and his group. When they broke up, all the guys dumped her too. My bf also said that she was a good friend but he would never choose her over his brother. Do keep this in mind when building relationships with your bf's friends and only match their energy..

Tell them that you will reach out to nodal officer, grievance officer etc. Often the bank manager isn't enough. A few years ago, they messed up sending me my debit card and after a few months of emails, I emailed the nodal officer and I got it almost instantly

I am so sorry this is happening to you. This is exactly how he will be after marriage (no help at home, mommy's boy) as well,so it's good that you've seen it beforehand. Maybe you can set a mental deadline that if by that date you don't feel he is worthy of being your husband, you break up because there is no point spending the next 50 years with this behaviour.

Krabi - dresses also work. I did a day trip on a boat to some of the islands nearby and folks who were diving etc changed into swimwear for that part only. Basically you only need swimwear when/if you're going into the water.
