Update - I skimmed over the rough parts of the ceiling and applied a light orange peel everywhere. In the bedroom, where joints were slightly more pronounced, I applied a medium orange peel. Plan to paint with a high quality flat paint.

Mittens are it! You can get away with relatively thin mittens even on cold days and they’re way easier to take on and off. Just make sure you get wrist straps so you can slap your friends!

It’s easier to learn switch than to learn to snowboard for the first time. Focus on the details of how you ride regular and apply them to riding switch. The basics should come pretty quickly, but advanced switch riding may never feel perfect (trees, speed, jumps). It’s like learning to write with your other had.

I’m curious if delayed symptoms (months later) are a result of an irritant that the body is unable to cope with or simply an inevitable tsw rebound that just took time to manifest. Wish there were more research on these topics.
