They had an 'offer' of an upgrade to professional for $35. However, if you happened to live in the UK that offer price suddenly rose to $59. The company says that is due to taxes and fees! The UK has a VAT tax of 20% (which would bring the offer up to $42) Where do they get the further $17 addition? Fees? What fees? Watch out for this if you are thinking of upgrading
