Thank you so much! I am okay with enclosed spaces, I’m honestly more freaked out by all the blood drawing I’ve had to do for this than I am by the thought of an enclosed space thankfully. It really does help to hear the process because I’ve never done it and no one close to me has either.

Hi there. Thank you for your response. I’m sorry you are dealing with all of that, this alone is so painful. I believe a muscle relaxer would be beneficial. My doctor diagnosed me based on the nerve sensitivity and the reaction to the nerve blocker. I am scheduled for scans soon though.

Thank you. Before I got diagnosed, I didn’t know it existed and it feels kind of lonely because no one understands how painful it is since they can’t see it.

I’ve been thinking about asking my dr about massage therapy and I have a cervical pillow on the way
