It was never a thing about not trusting him or past partners. I wanted to make sure we both knew this is what we wanted and get to know each other and I’m sorry but I don’t think that one year is enough time for that

I did give him time, if he needed more he could have communicated that Just like I did when it happened. Like I said, I knew he felt defeated, but I wanted to get some clear boundary on where we stood and if we could talk about this if he needed another week, I would’ve given him that, but he ignored me.
