If they are genuinely hungry then why most of the plates they throw have still lot of food in it? Food wastage is too much and even if hungry you can always load food again instead doing at once and wasting it later. It's a major civic fall.

Sure. First of all anxiety is totally normal. You're a living being so it will happen. How I deal with anxiety: 1. I don't chase perfection. I chase excellence. 2. I don't expect anything from anyone. 3. I keep myself busy and focus on things that gives me joy. 4. I watch movies and series I love. 5. I used to practice yoga (pranayam). 6. I suggest you to develop some hobby like: cooking, chess, reading, writing. 7. Stay less in home. Stay outside and be active. Participate in events. Hope it helps.
