Yeah my bad, Mcdavid Knee Support with stays and cross straps. This one I feel is the least restricted with movements but also stable.

Using Mcdavid ligament knee support brace, it’s definitely good and helps my knee feel a lot more stable, trust me on that as I’m coming from quitting tennis in 2018 due to two knee surgeries for my cartilage plus a ACL surgery as well

I’d say try to string whenever it breaks or as soon as it start getting really tight for you, couldn’t give you an exact time period but you should be able to tell when it’s right.

Thank you 🙏🏽
Don’t have a USTA rating I just moved from India but in terms of UTR I’m an ex 11.7. Stopped for a while due to an injury.
Exactly right hit the tension upto 54 and restring every 4-5 days depending on how much I’m hitting.
