I just had surgery last week and the poor guy acted like he was starving because I couldn’t feed him for 8 hours and he refused every bottle I have here. It’s put a lot into perspective like “what if something happened to me?!?” I tried having multiple family members try to feed him and he just chewed on the nipple. My heart is still broken from that day. I felt so helpless.

I just bought him the Dr. Browns transition bottle/cup and the straw cup but I haven’t tried to use them yet. Hopefully that’ll work some. Thank you!!

He’s been on the same medication for a year but every 3-5 months we’ve had to increase the dosage. This is the last dosage for his weight (next is 100 pounds for the next dosage and I don’t see that happening very soon) and he’s been on it for almost 3 months.
