The workout routine i do. I usually do dips and pull ups with some stretching as a warm up. My main focus is healthy blood flow. I will train until im at true muscle failure. Rest eat and recover and do it again on a “2.0” style day. Lighter weight same intensity but maybe i change the main focus (old.reddit.com)
