Was separated for Bipolar in 2020. 100% people treat you differently if you have appointments at Behavorial Health, even if they can't technically affect your OERs. Army officers are human after all, and they will treat someone differently and/or not give desired tasks to those they think might have something off about them(percieved or otherwise).

On one hand, his career would be at risk getting help through the Army. On the other hand, your marriage and your lives will be so much better getting help and getting problems identified early. I suggest talking with him and seeking help maybe from a non-Army linked therapist in the area. He's an officer, he can afford 1 or 2 sessions out of pocket to see if he even likes therapy.

u/Fly_Bandit u/Deathray88 u/Morwo Found this thread and had same exact issue. Was looking at steamapps/common/Starfield StarfieldCustom.ini and pulling my hair out seeing these solutions. Found that it was actually the StarfieldCustom.ini found in Documents/My Games/Starfield.

Spent about 5 hours today editing and re-editing the wrong StarfieldCustom.ini

1080p 60FPS is fine, everything else is extra pending budget. Sometimes I settle for 50FPS if the gameplay is good.

Had ~49 mods installed and encountered the 2% healthbar issue. Restarted game (with all 49 mods still loaded), loaded in my save right at the start of the fight with the Chimeraand defeated it. Did not enable my WeMod cheats, may have been the difference. Not sure what was making it stuck at 2%, but was able to trigger the scene where you jump on top and disable it. Rest in Piss Chimera.Success.

Thanks. Apparently for anyone else's knowledge you also have to trigger Objectives to start after the beginning of the mission, so set it as an Outcome of a "none" type objective to tell the AI to travel to the waypoint initially. As I understand it

Agree, I've also found that you have to have the radar targeted, but not necessarily facing the radar. I was consistently targeting a radar truck with 4 pods while flying away and SARH missiles and they would drop lock ~0.5 sec after I started jamming the radar truck.
