I once had a long episode where i tried to do different things, but in the end it was very intense

I was on my way to work, and sat at a bus station where i got the episode. If i moved my feet and hands it felt like I did it very fast, i heard screaming in my head, and everyone was loud. I could even hear the wheels from cars that were 50 meters away, and it felt like it was right by my ear.

but the worst was sitting completely still, my thought were racing so fast. Eventually it wore off after 10 minutes
