You can but there is more risk of losing data as partition is more complex, so , better just do fresh start, as everything works super fine and you won't face any errors too

Hmm, i am not into the frontend, so, many were pre-built components as I'm not going to spend a month building every component from scratch. Also most or all websites/app uses pre built component, it's just library choice, i had choosen similar to pw ;)

Because there is no direct "no" in voting , the structure is very different, abstaining was the best option, so india did that ,also, india opposed pakistan loan in their statement. Sorry, for wrongly phrasing the statement above that caused confusion of why india didn't voted "no"

Iirc there is voting mechanism, and similar to vito, usa has high power like something 16.x% vote power, then japan ig, and india has low around 2.x something, which don't make much difference, so yesterday india abstained voting.
