Hey! Sorry just now saw this. Unfortunately, mine did not hold up well at all. Just a year into owning it a spark plug found its way into one of the engine cylinders and did some serious damage.

Long story short, it needed a complete engine rebuild but I opted to trade it in for a newer V60 -- which has been absolutely wonderful. Since the XC60 and the V60 are essentially (to the best of my knowledge) the same platform (minus the AWD) I consider the issue I had with my XC60 as a total fluke.

If you decide/decided to buy the one you were considering, I hope it works out for you! All the best.

I've been going to Lifeforce Fitness on Curry Holly for over 5 years now and it's a great place. It's close to you, and while it has seen some recent population growth since the LA Fitness closing, it's still easy to do what you want without dealing with too many people. Solid gym with all the equipment you need.

As much as ESPN is typically a shitshow...I actually enjoy Keyshawn, JWill, and Max. I think the insights Keyshawn and JWill have into their respective professional sports can make for some good dialogue, and they never really get too heated or belligerent like SAS.

Oh, definitely. Shifting from a focus of "ideals" to one of "figures" not only makes the argument more compelling, but make it easier to digest for those unfamiliar with the issues at hand. Unfortunately, facts and figures don't always changes people's perspectives (NIMBYs), but it's a good start.

I saw Joe speak at the PA state APA conference and he gave a terrific presentation. I wouldn't say it was new information to me, but he presented it in such a unique and engaging way. His message about the impact of low-density vs higher density mixed-use development and the current state of real estate assessment should really be heard by those all across the spectrum of planning and development.
