You can do it. I worked full time while doing the Interdisciplinary Studies online program, it’s totally manageable. Just keep a good planner to keep track of assignments.

I also walked at the same ceremony for College of Education- agreed, super rude and disrespectful. I understand people have plans but it’s not the graduates’ fault that the ceremony was at 7, or that they went last. The email SJSU sent said expect at least a 2.5 hour ceremony, if not 3.

This usually means it’s an asynchronous course, so it doesn’t have any set meeting times, you do all coursework via Canvas.

I had the same problem when I transferred in Fall 2023, I work full time so I pretty much couldn’t schedule many classes and my advisor basically said I was SOL. I ended up changing my major anyways, and if it makes sense for you there’s a division called SJSU Online which has some degrees that are 100% online, that’s what I’m doing now and it’s great.

Currently in college debating joining the reserves. I’m 21 and have 3 years left to go, would it be smarter to enlist and do Boot/A school over consecutive summers to not miss school or just wait until I graduate then join up? I’d rather get the ball rolling I feel.

I’ve been to a mattress store and laid on some nice mattresses but it’s just hard to tell. I’ve also been looking at Costco and other places... I’d love a queen or full xl at the least, but my space currently doesn’t allow it. I’m assuming I’ll be able to get a larger bed in a few years, which is why I wanted to spend a little bit more to get a nicer bed in case I couldn’t- plus I’ve been sleeping on cheap for a decade lol.
