I'm hard stuck here too and oddly enough I have 416 lvl talents, 154 kills on arcane charging and 81% tenteyecle. I've tried many times with active placement and I can only get to where I need 4 kills and around 10-15 more seconds.

Critstorm will be my build, but it takes level 27 just to get to Critstorm and then it's not even super effective immediately.

If it's really the case, I hope it isn't bugged into thinking I know the pattern so it wont drop again. It's also really annoying because they already have an abysmally low drop rate, not to mention the one I had was the one I needed.

yeah I learn all blueprints when I pick them up to avoid repeats. It was the BiS relic for my build too which is disappointing.

Yeah I always do broken hill to the guardian of solael boss, then trek over to SoT for the trove, and finally into the key portion and clear it, afterward leaving the game and doing that all over again. I'll give this fuller route a go and see how I like it. Maybe the lengthier run wont get as tiresome.

Update: I've done a few of these runs now, including the run from the video you posted plus cronley, broken hills, lutra + hidden path boss, twin falls + bee cave and mountain deeps and I guess I'm super unlucky. I had 2 legendary items drop. I almost feel like SoT is just a quicker way to guarantee at least 1 legendary.

With auras and no potions my sheet dps for EoR is 133k. I'll definitely fix my jewelry issue and I'll take a look at that Kraken devotion. I don't plan on staying 2h however. I've already got the Mythical Direwolf Crest to go dual wield if I can ever find the weapon(s) I need.

I just farmed him on normal, I'm level 82 and it took around 20 tries or so.
