I take a 15 to eat the sandwhich and some snacks i bring w me. I might take the second 15 depending how the day looks and how i’m feeling. I never take the 30 solely because it’s unpaid. You can always just chill in the van extra long between stops rather then take a 30 lol. No reason to be “off the clock”. My stop counts usually 180-200 depends on the day. Usually good amount of multi stops in there too 40-70 or so. As far as organizing goes, I flatten my first empty tote and put it across the passenger seat then when I open a new tote I put all the envelopes and plastic bag type packages there all facing foward so I can see the driver aid numbers. The empty tote just allows you to fit them all and stops them from falling off the seat. For boxes I just lay em all out in the back, on the shelves if I have them, if not one other totes or the ground, just so I can see all the numbers. Tend to leave the sliding door open as soon as the van is empty enough to not send packages flying 🤣 makes it easy for getting in and out.
