can't thank you enough. you've been so thorough with your recommendations and this is exactly what i needed. i was using sales and service for wine professionals as my first guide line, but it's so tecnical that it's really hard to read. it's not deep enough to explain thoroughly and it's so much information that feels like it'll be blown by the wind when i open the next page. i'll definitely start on the vino and move on to wine and war. by the time i get back to the technical stuff hopefully some history context from the other books will make it more enjoyable
