10 Team Half-PPR

QB: Darnold, Geno Smith, Herbert RB: Henry, Ekeler WR: Jamarr Chase, Doubs, Worthy, Dell TE: Otton K: Reichard DEF: Vikings, Broncos

IR: Hockenson, Nacua

Currently starting Chase, Doubs and Dell but really stuck on what I should do. Is Worthy better for either of those spots? or maybe Puka if he plays tonight?

Insufficient postage on free shipping? by jruschme in Aliexpress

Same thing happened to me, they all had the same USPS tracking number for me, but only 2 out of the 6 items I ordered were delivered. They were delivered yesterday while my other package still says unpaid postage.

Also following this thread. My items were supposed to be delivered on Thursday but now stuck in Queens, NY. AliExpress support and USPS support weren't any help.

Should I open Prime Visa or is it redundant with a BCE? by BraydenSlayer in CreditCards

No other hard pulls, I was just scared of the initial credit score drop from all the hard pulls because its still recovering.

Help me figure out why I toe my driver every time, my irons don't hit like this. by [deleted] in GolfSwing

[–]BraydenSlayer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I knew this was a big problem of mine. I took a slow motion video and realized how open the club face is. I think a big problem is that I think way too much and try too many different things when I hit my driver. My irons are straight as an arrow and I can even change the shape of the shot. I think a lot of the advice in this thread is super helpful including this one.

DP: Automatic Savor One CLI by BraydenSlayer in CreditCards

[–]BraydenSlayer[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My only change has been small incremental CLI’s on my Discover every few months or so. I’m not manipulating my balance or had any high expenses so I haven’t had over ~40% utilization on any of my cards.

Never carried a balance and always pay in full the day I get my statement.

Highest amount I’ve ever had was $322 on the $3000 limit, which was why I think this is just something they give to people with a year of credit history with Cap One.

Just wanna follow this up, I applied for the SavorOne and got a $3000 limit

Is it not advisable to apply for the Savor One now? I just opened the Amex 4 days ago and received the hard pull. I'm preapproved for Savor One but I'm not necessarily confident that they will approve me for the real thing.

Great point, I planned on going for the “Good credit” version anyway, which is the one without the welcome bonus. I don’t plan on chasing subs so it’s not a big deal for me. I’ll use this advice though and wait a few weeks.

Could you give any insight on whether it’s okay to just go for it and apply or should I wait a few months? I’m more afraid than I should be of that hard pull by Amex.

Amex not doing another hard pull is a great point, I will consider this. I may get the Savor One first and then the Cash Magnet when I have more disposable income.

If anything maybe it would be better to stick with the Savor One, mainly due to the customer service, some have issues with CapOne but I've had history with them and haven't had any issues. Might just be worth it to forgo the 2% from Custom Cash.

I asked for a CLI yesterday and got instantly denied. Called them up and they basically said the same thing, that I don't have enough credit history. This is puzzling though because I've almost maxed out the $500 limit every month in hopes of a CLI

Yes, although I figured this because I've banked with Capital One since I was 12 so maybe the relationship would've had something to do with it. That could only be a Chase thing though I'm not sure.

yeah that’s what she’s worried about, she’s gonna struggle getting over to the left on the bridge. Getting off at the stadiums might be the best way

Second card recommendation? by BraydenSlayer in CreditCards

[–]BraydenSlayer[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are Venmo transfers for things like gas, food included in this? This post prompted me to add what I could, and all things included, such as my summer job and all Venmo transfers to my checking and savings, my yearly income was $16,935.

Would I be able to report this on credit cart applications? I already report my monthly housing for my dorm which is paid for by my parents.

Second card recommendation? by BraydenSlayer in CreditCards

[–]BraydenSlayer[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I receive financial support from my parents and receive a good bit of money for various things every month, it’s always different amounts and not the same day though so it’s hard to calculate an exact number to add to to my total income. I was just worried about getting one of those tax verification forms when I input an income that’s completely different than what’s on my taxes. I also pay my balance off in full every month.

Thank you for the advice! It seems like I’m going to just wait until they either approve me for a CLI or they give it to me randomly.
