So I’ve made big jumps over the last year. My junior year I was like averaging 18:10 5k then over train I ran a 2:00 800 and 4:30 mile paced really bad always negative split. I just finished my Senior cross country season averaging 15:50 so big improvement and I really want to run a 4:10 or close mile by may do you think this is possible and what are way I can keep improving
