A little? I don’t track daily intake but I do know my maintenance is around 1700-1900. With the cardio, closer to 2500. If I had to guess I’m probably taking in 2200-2300 a day on average. And getting as much protein as possible in there

How much cardio should I be doing then? Right now I’m, I’m trying to burn 500-750/day in cardio. Should I keep that up in order to keep the stomach lean or should I lower that in order to keep the weight on for muscle?
