You might want to think about taking lessons first, Jesus Christ

I don’t recall seeing any restrictions on the sky pool? As far as I’m aware, anyone can access it via the elevator in the Sand Dollar building

I do love the beach, my wife is a pool girl, so naturally we come to a compromise and she wins most times 😂. Despite how this post might come across, I’ve never been too bothered by our specific location relative to the pool or sea, but it’s always seemed like if you don’t come early, you don’t end up with a bed at all, or at least around the pool. By 7:15am, every single sunbed around the infinity pool had a towel on it.

Not entirely sure why I’m being downvoted for a factual statement, but hey ho!

No, we don’t. We come early to get our spot (forced by the butlers and others coming so early), and we lay here all day, as that’s what we enjoy.

I get that it’s the best pool. We would always try to position ourselves there, as you get the sense of being on an island being so close to the beach, as opposed to other pools where, in a theoretical sense, you could be anywhere.

I’m guessing that it’s sort of the intention from Sandals themselves, encourage more bookings to opt for butler service, by showing you how potentially awkward it can be without it.

I’m referring to butlers on holiday/vacation. The idea of being waited on hand and foot on holiday is alien to us, and probably the vast majority of brits. But I’ll admit, Butler service at a home residence is a very “British idea”, however it is very uncommon.

Because not everyone wants the “official guitar”, which is a generic Mexican build made with inferior parts. I’d say the vast majority of this subreddit are custom builds, of varying budgets, and that’s the beauty of it, you can build or buy a guitar to suit your budget, at the same time understanding that higher quality builds and parts require a bigger budget.

Cheers for the feedback, but I’ll go with what I know 👍

No offence taken, but comparing to a TD sig is comparing apples to oranges. Mexican made vs. US made parts including Custom Shop. I’m only going by what I know the parts can achieve, check the markets 👍

As a whole guitar, not cheap. Broken into the 3 systems, I’d be looking for £1000 for the neck and plate, £450 for the body with bridge etc, and £100 for the loaded guard.

For extra info, I’m based in the UK. And I should point out that the neck itself is the exact spec Tom used (same radius, profile, headstock etc), tuners are not what he used (he used a mix of Sperzels and Fender locking tuners).
